Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use roviskin.com or buy from A.C.N. 702548052 PTY LTD trading as Rovi Skin (ABN 15 702 548 052, 18/5 Bannister Street, Fremantle WA 6160, Australia) ("Rovi Skin", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, 1-Year Limited Warranty and Privacy Policy. If these terms and one of those policies conflict, the policy wins, and so does any right you have under law.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and have a delivery address in the United States (see the Shipping Policy for the areas we deliver to).

2. What we sell

  • Rovi Skin sells a personal care device for relaxation and self-care: a handheld device with gentle warmth, vibration and a stone edge, used with a facial oil or serum.
  • It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it's no substitute for advice from a doctor.
  • We describe products and show them as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Specs such as temperature settings describe the device's settings, not a result you'll experience.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout, including any shipping charge and any sales tax we're required to collect, before you pay.
  • We take payment when you place your order.
  • If a price is shown in error, for example because of a typing or system mistake, we'll tell you before we ship. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We won't charge more than you agreed to without your consent.
  • We don't use "compare at" or fake former prices. A saving shown on a bundle is the real difference from buying the items separately.

4. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email confirms we've received it; the contract forms when we ship.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or a product we can't supply. If we do, we refund you in full within 5 business days.
  • We may limit quantities per customer.

5. Shipping, delays, returns and warranty

These are covered in full by the policies linked above. In short:

  • Ships in 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days, with tracking.
  • If we can't ship on time, we'll email you before the end of business day 3, and you can cancel for a full refund.
  • 30 days from delivery for returns. Damaged, defective or wrong items: photo → free replacement or refund, no return needed. Change of mind: unused, original packaging.
  • 1-year Limited Warranty.

6. Reviews and content you send us

  • If you leave a review, it must be your own honest experience with a product you actually bought or received. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive or that includes someone else's personal information.
  • We publish reviews whatever their star rating. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we only remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive, off-topic, spam or reveal personal information. We apply those rules to positive and negative reviews alike.
  • We never pay for, or offer anything in return for, a positive review. If we ever give a product or anything else in connection with a review, the review will say so.
  • By posting a review or sending us photos for a review, you let us display it on our store and social media, with your first name and last initial. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

7. Our content

The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this site belong to A.C.N. 702548052 PTY LTD or its licensors. You can share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no interfering with its security or operation, no fraudulent orders, and no impersonating someone else.

9. Third-party services

Checkout, payments, chat and shipping are provided by third parties such as Shopify, our payment providers, CJ Dropshipping and carriers. Their own terms may also apply.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
